Privacy Notice

1. Communications by WhatsApp or telephone

When you use the "Message on WhatsApp" or "Call" features, you communicate directly with the Controller through those services. The Site does not store the content of those communications. Any information you provide through those channels will be used solely to respond to your request, including sending you information about real estate projects.

2. Site tools

You may use the payment calculator and the investment analysis without providing any identifying or contact information. If you request that your payment plan or investment analysis be sent to you, the figures you entered will be retained together with your contact information so that the Controller can follow up on your request.

3. Browsing data and information you provide

3.1. Browsing data. The Site records the projects you view, the time spent viewing them and the calculations you perform. To recognize you on later visits, the Site stores an identifier in your browser. Until you provide your contact information, that record is not linked to your identity, and it is deleted after six (6) months without a return visit.

3.2. Contact information. When you provide your name and your email address or telephone number, the Controller uses them to respond to your request, and the browsing data described in Section 3.1 is added to the Controller's client records in order to recommend projects and properties that match your interests. Your email address may be used to send you follow-up communications and information about projects and properties; each communication will include an unsubscribe mechanism, and using it will stop those communications immediately. Your telephone number will be used solely for the Controller to contact you personally, by call or WhatsApp, regarding your request. No automated messages will be sent.

3.3. Project presentation requests. When you request a presentation from a project page, we collect your name, your WhatsApp number, the range of funds available for your down payment and the purpose of the purchase (residence, investment or both), as well as your browser's time zone, in order to propose a time to contact you. The Controller will contact you by WhatsApp to schedule the call.

3.4. Retention period. Personal information will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Notice, or until you request its deletion, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

3.5. No sale. The Controller does not sell your personal information or share it with other real estate agents.

4. The "I want to be part of C5" form

This form is intended for real estate agents interested in joining the C5 agent community. When you submit it:

a) Your request (first and last name, email address, telephone number, country, experience and any other information you provide) is recorded with its date and the site from which it was submitted, and the Controller forwards it to the C5 team so they can contact you by WhatsApp, telephone or email.

b) The Controller receives your complete request, as your sponsor at C5.

c) You will receive a confirmation email with your sponsor's name and email address.

d) Your information will be used solely to process your request and will not be sold or used for third-party advertising.

5. Analytics and cookies

The Site measures visits in aggregate (number of visitors, pages viewed, country and referring site) for statistical purposes and to improve the Site. That measurement does not use cookies and does not identify you. In addition, the Site stores in your browser the identifier described in Section 3.1, which is used for this Site only. The Site does not use advertising cookies or track you across third-party websites; accordingly, your browser's "Do Not Track" signal does not change the processing described in this Notice. You may delete that identifier at any time through your browser settings.

6. Service providers and disclosures

To operate, the Site uses technology service providers that process personal information solely to provide their respective services: Vercel (Site hosting and visit measurement), Supabase (storage of requests and client records) and Resend (email delivery). The Controller also uses an artificial intelligence service to organize and summarize its client records, which processes personal information solely for that purpose. The Controller may disclose personal information when required by law or court order.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information by writing to abelardolibera@gmail.com. If you submitted the "I want to be part of C5" form, the Controller will forward your request to the C5 team. You may opt out of commercial email communications at any time by using the "Unsubscribe" link included in each of them.

8. Security

The Controller implements reasonable security measures to protect personal information. No system is completely secure; in the event of a security breach affecting your personal information, you will be notified as required by applicable law.

9. Processing in the United States

The Site operates in the United States of America, where personal information is processed. By using the Site, you consent to the processing of your information in the United States of America.

10. Minors

The Site is not directed to minors.

11. Changes to this Notice

The Controller may amend this Notice. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
