Delano Residences & Hotel Miami is a 90-story tower in Downtown Miami, on Biscayne Boulevard, developed by Property Markets Group (PMG) under the name of the legendary Delano hotel, which opened in Miami Beach in 1947. Conceptual design is by architect Carlos Ott, with CUBE 3 as architect and interiors by Meyer Davis. According to the developer, it will be Miami's second supertall.
Its 421 residences are delivered finished, in two collections. D Collection (floors 20 to 52) offers suites and one- and two-bedroom residences from 332 to 1,234 sq ft, delivered furnished and available for flexible rental through the operator. D Residences (floors 54 to 75) offers one- to three-bedroom residences from 805 to 2,187 sq ft, with a 6-month minimum rental. Select residences include a furnished private office, separately titled.
Owners get Beach Club access at Delano Miami Beach, Delano Members' Club membership and access to Accor's ownership benefits program, with Diamond status and 20% off the best available rate at more than 5,700 hotels. In the building: Miami's first observation deck, over 850 feet up, a sky pool over 800 feet up, a resort-style pool overlooking the bay, The Source by Delano spa, the Delano Rose Bar and a sky restaurant.
